Dans son argumentaire, le tribunal administratif pointe notamment des cours d\u2019\u00e9thique musulmane compos\u00e9s sur la base d\u2019un ouvrage sulfureux.<\/p>\n<p>Ce support p\u00e9dagogique affirmant, par exemple, l\u2019in\u00e9galit\u00e9\u00a0entre les hommes et les femmes, la sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9\u00a0de la loi divine ou encore l\u2019application\u00a0de la peine de mort en cas de renoncement\u00a0\u00e0 la croyance\u00a0musulmane.\u00a0\u00c0 ces griefs s\u2019ajoutent deux inspections obligatoires de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale, auxquelles l\u2019\u00e9tablissement se serait soustrait notamment lors d\u2019un contr\u00f4le inopin\u00e9 du centre de documentation du lyc\u00e9e en juin 2022.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Le lyc\u00e9e fait appel de cette d\u00e9cision\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tablissement r\u00e9fute ces accusations et il a annonc\u00e9 faire appel de cette d\u00e9cision. \u00ab\u00a0On esp\u00e8re obtenir gain de cause sur le fond. Nous sommes certains de nos arguments et de notre bon droit. On reste serein sur la suite\u00a0\u00bb, d\u00e9clare \u00e0 Europe 1, Eric Dufour, le dirigeant du lyc\u00e9e. La rupture de contrat menace la future rentr\u00e9e scolaire du lyc\u00e9e Averro\u00e8s.
