L\u2019objectif de ces nouvelles r\u00e8gles est de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts inutilement \u00e9lev\u00e9s du d\u00e9ploiement des infrastructures de communications \u00e9lectroniques, en partie caus\u00e9s par les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019octroi des autorisations avant le d\u00e9ploiement ou la mise \u00e0 niveau des r\u00e9seaux.  Le r\u00e8glement vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9ploiement des r\u00e9seaux, \u00e0 assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique et la transparence pour tous les acteurs \u00e9conomiques concern\u00e9s et \u00e0 assurer une planification plus efficace.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/main>
