L\u2019actrice am\u00e9ricaine est poursuivie au civil par Terry Sanderson, un opticien \u00e0 la retraite qui l\u2019accuse de l\u2019avoir bless\u00e9 dans un accident de ski il y a sept ans. Devant le tribunal de Park City, dans l\u2019Utah, l\u2019avocat de cet homme a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture du proc\u00e8s ce mardi que son client avait subi un pr\u00e9judice estim\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de trois millions de dollars.<\/p>\n<p>La com\u00e9dienne, oscaris\u00e9e en 1999 pour son r\u00f4le dans <i>Shakespeare in Love<\/i> a, \u00e0 son tour, port\u00e9 plainte. Son avocat, Steven Owens, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 au tribunal de Park City que Terry Sanderson \u00e9tait \u00ab obs\u00e9d\u00e9 \u00bb par la plainte et que le dossier \u00e9tait bas\u00e9 sur \u00ab des all\u00e9gations mensong\u00e8res \u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Une plainte fond\u00e9e sur \u00ab des conneries \u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>La collision a eu lieu en f\u00e9vrier 2016 \u00e0 Deer Valley, station hupp\u00e9e des Rocheuses situ\u00e9e au-dessus de Park City, bourgade touristique qui accueille le festival du cin\u00e9ma de Sundance. Selon le plaignant, Gwyneth Paltrow lui a fonc\u00e9 dessus en skiant de mani\u00e8re \u00ab dangereuse \u00bb, provoquant chez lui \u00ab quatre c\u00f4tes cass\u00e9es et des dommages permanents au cerveau \u00bb avant de s\u2019enfuir, le laissant inconscient. L\u2019actrice affirme au contraire que c\u2019est Terry Sanderson qui l\u2019a heurt\u00e9e dans le dos. Son avocat assure qu\u2019elle \u00ab n\u2019allait pas vite \u00bb et qu\u2019elle a pris peur lorsque Terry Sanderson est apparu derri\u00e8re elle. \u00ab Cela l\u2019a secou\u00e9e et lui a physiquement fait mal \u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Tandis que son avocat \u00e9voquait une plainte fond\u00e9e sur \u00ab des conneries \u00bb, Gwyneth Paltrow se tenait assise, v\u00eatue d\u2019un pull \u00e0 col roul\u00e9 blanc. Elle est attendue plus tard \u00e0 la barre. Son mari Brad Falchuk et ses enfants Apple et Moses doivent \u00e9galement s\u2019exprimer, selon Steven Owens.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Gwyneth Paltrow a notamment jou\u00e9 dans le thriller <i>Seven<\/i> (1995) o\u00f9 elle partageait l\u2019affiche avec Brad Pitt, devenu son compagnon. Apr\u00e8s son Oscar et son mariage avec le chanteur britannique Chris Martin, leader du groupe Coldplay, elle s\u2019est \u00e9loign\u00e9e des plateaux, o\u00f9 elle est revenue \u00e0 partir de 2008 dans la saga \u00e0 succ\u00e8s <i>Iron Man<\/i>.
